Large showroom with lots of merchandise. Glass pieces everywhere. Clean, shiny cases to display the goods, Knowledgeable, friendly staff who rock. Pricing like most shops. Some expensive and some less expensive.
My husband and I frequent this shop (and the other locations). We always get amazing customer service from employees that have great product knowledge and are always kind! Keep up the great work, we love you guys! Thank you!
I go to this place all the time to buy my vaporesso pods and juice. They have new guys working who tried to charge me double the price I''ve always paid for 2 pods. When I tell them they are wrong they don''t take my word for it and insist the pods cost 10 each not 10 for the pack. I buy these things all the time. I think I would know how much they cost. I will just have to go back when someone who knows what they are doing is working. These pods sell for 6.99 for a 2 pack on vaporesso website. Why would I pay 20 for 2. Makes no sense. Please train your employees better.
Doesn’t follow their stated return policy online, after massively overcharging for a product. Spent several hundred in this store over a week, will never be going back.
Been coming to this smoke shop since 2019. Today I went to use some of my points i had saved up over the years of spending, hundreds of dollars here, I''m talking at least 5 or 6 temple quarts bangers and a few other rigs including some cheech glass. Over 500 easy over the last few years. Any way today I''m told the system has been changed and they only offered me 10 percent off a 200 plus purchase. Make it right or I won''t be back.
