  The staff is cool but ridiculous in pricing. Bought a pack of banana woods and they charge double the average because “if not they would sell out too fast” whole pack had holes too. I guess I can blame backwoods for that though lol

  We used to love coming here for my wife''s kratom. But recently there''s a shift in mood from here.. told my wife they couldn''t tell her the points over the phone but she called the north West store and she was able to do it. We don''t have a choice but to come here because it''s the only kratom store that is affordable.

  Walked in the store asking for d8 disposable. Left with one d8 disposable and something that wasn’t even d8 at all. The d8 disposable ended up never able to take a charge. Tried returning but the manager said I can’t prove I didn’t break it, after having me stand around and charge it in store for 20 minutes to make sure it wouldn’t take a charge. They ended up backpedaling and saying “the bank” was the reason we couldn’t do a return. Also was told I couldn’t replace the non d8 one with a d8 one due to it messing up their inventory lol. So considering they don’t replace broken house made items, and sell what you didn’t ask for I would definitely not recommend this store.

  Went at 9:10pm and they had door locked. Online it says they close at 10. I don’t understand why businesses don’t update their hours. People take time out of their day or night to drive all the way somewhere for it to be closed. Why is there someone just standing behind the counter on their phone for the last 45 min of business hours? Literally makes no sense.
