  Hands down one of the best smokes I’ve ever been to great costumer services always have what I need the guys and gals behind the counter are very knowledgeable I’m what they do and also if one store doesn’t have what I need they call either 1 out of three stores to see if they have they really go above and beyond thank you guys we’ll be back again

  The guy that works here was very helpful, he explained the difference in parts for my vape pen and was good at helping someone else while helping me too. Love good customer service and they were cheaper than the last place I went to.

  Wow, Austin at Tower smoke was so generous with his time. I have a classic smoking instrument that I needed assistance with. It''s not conventional therefore I couldn''t really just explain much, but he quickly and easily assessed my problem and recommended several solutions. If you have a need for smoking supplies I highly recommend seeking out this well qualified establishment.

  I bought an almost unbreakable Recyclable glass pipe a long time ago about a year and a half ago for 39.99$ the manager at the time told me if it ever broke just to bring it in with as much of the big pieces of the pipe to the store and they''ll replace it with the same kind of glass material pipe of equal value. Now this pipe lasted me literally a year and a half which is awesome!! It finally broke I thought to myself they probably won''t even remember me because I don''t have a receipt. WRONG the manager is awesome he remembered me even though it''s been so long. Only question he asked was you bring in the pieces? I said yup he took my old broken pipe pieces and replaced it with the same kind of glass material pipe of equal value which looked way better then my old one. THIS PLACE IS LEGIT !! LOVE IT !!

  Best place in town for glass. The gallery location on Shaw is obviously nicer but in general Tower Smoke is the way to go. Edit(2023): Tower is no longer an American shop so I do not recommend them anymore other than the Clovis location.
