Every time I''ve either called or gone in, everyone has been so nice. There are so many vape shops, but this is the place to go with great prices and excellent customer service.
The only Smoke shop I go to, for vapes and other goodies. I’ve met the owner a few times, and he’s genuinely a nice guy. Do NOT sleep on this place. Absolutely amazing.
Sells vapes with malfunctions that create a fire hazard. Took a hit before leaving the store and immediately noticed it tasted burnt and requested to have them replace with a new one while still in the store. The guy working the store on 9/10/23 and 2:45pm refused to trade it out. Headed home with the vape and it started on fire in my car while driving. I am contacting my lawyer. This place is a joke and hazard. Terrible customer service to save themselves a buck.
Sold me a torch that had already been opened and didn’t give me a receipt and the torch didn’t work at all and they don’t do refund so I spent 25 dollars for a new product that doesn’t work and was told I was just out of luck. Not great customer service and no quality control whatsoever, actually sad and felt like I was scammed.

good selection & fair prices, they have a cool rewards system which brings me back. hit or miss with brands, as they tend to sell out quick. always test my disposable vape before exiting, never had a problem. thanks torched illusions!
