Manager was very rude ask to try something out he said yea once it didn’t work got angry at me like it’s my fault. I just ask if it work if not are we able to exchange it he said no refunds so I ask to try inside the store I save my self some money
Tony has been running his smoke shop here for years now, just 2 doors down from his liquor store. He is a great and friendly guy. As is the rest of his family who also help run the business. Great customer service and knowledge of his stock smoke supplies.
I went to this smoke shop yesterday to buy a vape charger. The gentleman there sold me one without asking for my id( I''m 27 years old). I brought the charger to my car and tried screwing it on to my ego battery to charge and it wouldn''t screw on. I brought it back into the store and told him it wasn''t working. He looked at my battery, said the teeth on the threading was broken and proceeded to screw the charger I bought onto a larger version of my battery. I then said I wanted to buy a battery from him and when I pulled out my card to pay he suddenly asked for my Id. I did not have my ID on me but i had a clear picture of my passport on my phone(which other establishments accept, ranging from restaurants to liquor stores to dispensaries even) but when I came back with my phone to show him the picture of my ID he said he "wanted my drivers license and not a picture of me" when I asked him why he wouldn''t look at my passport photo he essentially responded by saying goodbye which I took to mean he was suddenly refusing to serve me so I left. The funny thing is, the threading on my battery isn''t broken, it threads in fine to my charger, it just unfortunately has broken wires so I can''t use it. So all in all, i got kicked out of his smoke shop when I was attempting to give him more business by buying a new battery because he sold me a part that didn''t work for my battery. Would highly avoid this place and the middle aged man that works there(I''m assuming that''s Tony). I wouldve gone back in for a refund for the charger but I doubt that man would''ve given me one or let me back in the store had I tried. So I''m stuck with a charger I can''t use. But don''t worry bud, I''ve already called the bank to dispute this transaction and they''re going to refund me. Also, just to add, when I went back in to tell him the charger didn''t work, he was ringing up another gentleman for a vape purchase and ALSO didn''t ask to see this man''s identification. So I guess if you wanna go here and don''t have an ID, they won''t ID you(the first time). Hope this helps future customers avoid having a bad customer service and bad product based experience. Avoid this place like the plague.
Awesome service. Clean and well maintained. If they run out of something you are looking for he is on top of getting replacements and makes recommendations for an alternate product.
Great prices and the owners are some of the nicest people around. You should absolutely shop here!
