Vuse is known for bad pods, I get that. And it is understandable when you tell a customer you can no longer check the pods or return bad ones. But don’t sell me a 4pk with seal broken that were clearly opened/checked because 2 of them were already cut! Refused to give me a refund or exchange.
Get the receipt printer fixed in store front counter. Spend the money to assure customer has recourse. No excuse. Poor ownership. Patrons should have received a receipt for months
Love this place. Everyone is always so great up there love going here, they should sping the extra $$ for 2 employees per shift because they make one person work both the front and drive thru which can be an absolute cluster af 💯 amd really hard on the workers who are already husling so much to provide great service, other than that, its a great place! But really, quit working those great people to the bone!

It’s good to have a tobacco store near my home that I can go to that has a walk in humidor. Selection it good and prices are comparable with websites that I’ve ordered from. This place of business is where I discovered “Rough Rider Sweets”. Haha! This is my go to cigar now!! I love it! If you haven’t already check them out. Need these if you can get them.
