  Went in looking for cigars for a bachelor party, the guy working was super nice and chill. Gave some good suggestions based on my preference as well as gave some budget friendly suggestions since I was just getting the cigars for a bachelor party. Definitely recommend.

  I Called them on Friday looking for a special organic tobacco. I live about 60 miles away. I talked to a lady named Sara about it, I specified what I was looking for. She went and looked, even though she had customers, came back and told me they had it. I asked her to put my name on 2 tins of it and she did. She was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I went in today, and although she wasn''t there, the tobacco was and had my name on it. I appreciate good service, as I was in customer service for years. They earned our business for all tobacco products!

  I bought cigars for a gift and was beyond impressed by the selection and the exquisite humidor and set up of the shop in Rapid City. John Paul helped me and I couldn''t have asked for better assistance, knowledge, politeness and patience thru out my purchase. He went above and beyond and sets the bar for excellence in customer service. The cigars were carefully handled and placed in a beautiful box. This is THE MUST GO TO shop for all your tobacco needs! These days, it is beyond refreshing and heartwarming that true customer service and value still exists, as I experienced here with my purchase.

  Loved store. First time going into the Warehouse and not their drive thru. Great amount and many different varieties of packs of smokes. Only place in town the carries Camel Pink 99''s that I know of.
