The guy was there but had closed and wouldn''t help me, but even though they were supposed to be open until 8 and it was just past 7
The employees that were "working" were more interested in their friends who were on break from another store in the mall. The scruffy looking guy was more interested in his phone than anything else. The overall experience lacked any customer service of any kind, there were a couple of nice pieces I was interested in, but getting someone''s attention was a dreadful experience.
Place is terrible I bought a cigar cutter and when I opened the box the blade had a nick in it and they wouldn''t take it back or do anything for me about it. It ruined my new cigar that I just bought there.
I Purchased a goblet as a Christmas gift which was found to be defective. Not broken, but put together and glued incorrectly. Upon speaking with the owner and asking to exchange the goblet. I was told I could have store credit or would have to pay for the shipping of a new goblet. So he sold me something defective and refused to replace it. Then when I told him that I have no other reasons to shop there and I would like a refund, he called me a "little girl" when I threatened to post a bad review. I will never shop there again the owner is disrespectful and has terrible customer service.

How dare you speak to my wife, who would have likely bought your absurdly over-priced tins of pipe tobacco, so rudely. Rarely say this, but sometimes brick and mortars need to go away. Buy online and save yourself a stack of cash. I only bought here to try and support local, but I’m not going to be insulted for helping a dying business.
