I have been going to this vape shop about two years now because of the products. Today is the 4th time in a row I’ve received A++ service. The dude that helped me was insightful and his recommendations were on point. I just wanted to put that energy back into the world and spread the word! Thanks again! ✌️

Don''t use this vape shop. I am pretty sure they sell defective vapes on purpose. If you buy a vape it doesn''t matter if it is messed up defective or not working correctly they will not refund your money or switch it out. When you walk in and speak with them about it they have employees with some serious attitude problems. Update: I WENT ON THE ELFBAR WEBSITE TO COmPLETE A WARRANTY SINCE ToBACCO AND VAPE would not exchange or refund me. As a matter of fact THE SERIAL NUMBER is fake Tobacco and vape land on watson sells fake vapes and there is no way for you to file a warranty or anything.

The girl with all the piercings was absolutely wonderful & so helpful! Great customer service the manager did a great job hiring her. She knows exactly what she’s talking about & very professional she knows not to do third party sales. Great job! Will be recommending to all my friends!

Had a lovely time experience here, will be coming back all the time! This is my new permanent vape shop, the workers are so helpful & sweet! The girl helped me find everything I needed! 10/10 will always be coming back. Good work! The owner is doing a good job

I am an elderly woman, girl with lots of piercings and black hair would not sell to me claiming I was trying to purchase for someone previously there. I told her I had no clue who she was talking about but she didn’t care. Her actions implied I was a liar!! Truly not a good customer service person and I will make sure everyone knows NEVER to shop there!! If the owner believes that girl is good representation for the business they are truly mistaken!!!
