This place is so f**king better than others in the town as I was having Christmas party so I was looking for good cigars and I went there and I was surprised with the collection of cigars. I’m telling you guys these people Kash and Dave are so helpful and knowledgeable too. I went there to just get 15 cigars but with the help of these guys I got other stuff in reasonable price and they got me the deal too. Strongly recommending this place!! 5stars guys you made my Christmas party much better. Thanks again. 👍🏼
The minute we walked into the shop, the young man behind the counter named Kash was very professional and courteous. He was easy to deal with, fair princes, clear explanation and above all, clean place. At the end we left highly satisfied and happy with Kash.
Tobacco Town sold me faulty batteries for my vape and would not replace them. The batteries in their transport case started to get super heated and swell up. Liquid started to escape from the batteries which then went on my fingers/hands, and burned me. Tobacco Town REFUSES to take the batteries back, REFUSES to swap them out for another set, and REFUSES to issue a refund. Any one of these solutions would have made this review unnecessary since they could have worked with me, but instead they are not standing behind their faulty product. Do NOT go here. They are completely unreasonable with how they do business, and do not stand behind their product. Completely unprofessional with the entire process.
Kash and Dave were very nice and took time out to answer any questions I had. I had a problem with one of the vaping products and they were able to solve it. Thanks Guys!!!
