We had a great experience today in this store we met someone who''s say today was her first day an she did such an amazing job helping us through out the store she was excellent 👌🏽 great customer service skills to be her first day hate I can''t remember her name but I want her to know she was Awesome 👌🏽❤️💯
Well, to be honest I have been going to this store on JFK for years, and very seldom did I leave without what I went to purchase. That was until it changed owners The last two weeks I have gone in only to walk out without what I needed. If you going to have a business open to the public, I would think your first priority is stock your empty shelves!

Went and spent $120 on cigars out of their humidor and they all busted at the ends when cut, burnt all kinds of crazy! Do not waste your money go to a pro shop

Stood for almost 15 minutes and wasn''t helped. Actually walked right by and never asked if they could help. Several times laughing and talking to each other. I left and went down the street and was helped. Doubt I will be back.
