Went there a couple of hours ago and the service was very very bad. We were attended by the most unwelcoming employee i’ve ever met. He made no effort in finding a product for us. Definitely not returning there.

I had the worst experience just bought something and two minutes after it was broken and no return policy Went later to vapor krew amazing experience. Don''t go to tabacco shop.

Bought a 5000 puff vape. Lasted 1 week. Called the manufacturer and they told me to call the store to change it. Called store and they wouldn’t do a thing. $44 for NOTHING. Don’t buy from them

Conveniently in Latin America''s second largest indoor mall is a tobacco shop. Get your smoke break here. Friendly staff, decent selection of cigarettes, and prices you would expect in PR shopping mall. They have the entire American Spirits collection.
