  The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly, I''m not sure about product knowledge because I knew what I was going in for. It was a very unrushed transaction, good conversation, and he even held the door for me in the way out even though I only had one small item. I sat in the parking lot for a few minutes afterwards as I''m new to the area and was looking up directions and saw him open the door for an elderly customer coming in. I''m not sure if this is the same gentleman that other people have encountered, but absolutely a wonderful experience.

  There is a man who works in this store who I believe to be the nicest man in Salem. Infact- if there was a nicest human contest I would nominate him 1000 times. His name is Steven, and he always gets the door for his customers, he always has a smile on his face, and he has a friendly gentle voice that welcomes you in. I don’t know if he owns the shore or just works there, but the way he made me feel was worth the 5 o’clock drive over the west Salem the bridge. His service is worth it’s weight in pure solid gold . This is the first time in my life I have given anything a review, but Steven really made my day and I couldn’t leave the parking lot with out telling the world how much I enjoy and appreciate Steven as a human being. Truly a special soul. Thank you Steven for making me feel noticed. For the light that shines from with in you and for being present during our breif transaction. The smallest acts of kindness have the power to over come anything. One love.

  I just called and my phone wasn''t blocked and he said we don''t answer blocked numbers and hung up on me. So I asked my husband to call from his phone and the guy said we sell encyclopedia''s on Thursday''s and also hung up on him. We had questions on products. I am definitely taking my business else where and I''ve been going there for over 10 years. You need to work on your customer service and not play games on the phone. So disrespectful.

  Owner raising prices by a substantial amount. Last week a carton cost $60.00....today over $80.00. Sorry to say I found the same for 2/3 the cost at another store. Good by Tobacco Pouch. Running yourselves out of business with these practices.....

  Its a great place to go. They have good prices. You can get a cold drink or a hot cup of coffee. The owner there is a nice lady and is always in a good mood. Everyone there is very nice and the service is always fast.
