The owner of the shop is one of the most kind individuals I''ve met, and has the best customer service in town. He gave me a BOB Wrap to try after recommending it, and safe to say it was a great wrap! Will be going back for sure
this place has forever lost my business. every other smoke shop in the city will replace your vape within 24 hours of purchase if it is burnt from factory defect. this place does not, they will not exchange nor refund any purchase regardless of manufacturing defect. sorry guys but this is the last straw. thanks for the memories i guess.
They are very rude. Multiple times the staff has been unhelpful, not only to me but to other customers in the store. Today they sold me a moldy leaf and when I told them the product had mold on it the employee said if the mold bothers me I should wipe it off. Terrible customer service and waste of my money.
They sell fake puff bars, Please DO NOT GO HERE. I went here, and noticed after buying a Puff disposable that the draw was super weird and flavor was non-existent. Went back, guy gave me another one, that also had a different taste. I compared the colors on both and they''re the SAME flavor, but widely different colors. See pictures (left is lighter than the right). Save your money and go to a more reputable shop in town, or buy online. Cannot believe a local shop would do this.
