This Vape store is great. They ask you to try the Vape in the store if it doesn’t work they offer a replacement if you leave the store the vape is yours, it’s a store policy I been coming here for a long time and they have great selection. I don’t understand how customers use a vape for two days and expect it to be returned.
Went here Monday bought a funky republic for $29 which is $5 more then most places but I said he''ll with it im here I go outside and and find the brand new vape is faulty I walk in speak to the lady who sold it to me and she tells me all sales are final she can''t swap it out. So I''m out $30 and a broken item any other place would of seen it not working and put it in their returns they get credit for them and given the customer a new one but not here well way to lose a customer and a honest review on your page
This is the absolute worst smoke shop I have ever been too. I’ve come here for about a year and a half now and starting a few months ago it seems to me they have started selling fraudulent vapes. So many times I have gone in there and gotten a vape and by the time I get home the vape has completely stopped working and won’t charge at all. I have tried to return the vape a few minutes later and they say it’s their policy to not refund me my money or a new vape. These people are complete scammers and I will start taking my business elsewhere. I am tired of wasting my money on fraudulent vapes. I would rather drive ten more minuted out my way then deal with this terrible store. I strongly recommend nobody takes their business here. These people are absolutely scammers. They need to either start giving out receipts or check the vapes they are purchasing. Not only this but the lady working their tried to accuse me of returning an old vape for a new one. Who has time to do this? Over $25? PLEASE … This is an absolutely terrible store and to anyone reading this, Do Not, I repeat Do Not give these people your business. Thanks for selling me multiple vapes that break as soon as i leave your shop. They don’t even charge … Great business you guys have. 5 thumbs down.
store sells fake products literally all over the store, vapes are literally all fake, workers are very disrespectful and not helpful at all, selling fake vapes to profit some money is a really low thing to do lmao, very unprofessional. store has already been reported. selling fake vapes harming peoples health for a couple extra dollars is some very very low class behavior lmao.
A young lady with a nose ring that worked the counter could have been the most rude person I’ve ever met. Me and another customer asked for simple assistance and she was so condescending as if we interrupted her at her own home. Then she accused of toxic masculinity for no reason. Never spending money here again, and I’ve spent 100-150$ a month there easy. Shame.
