Can''t say I don''t like it! People working there always super attentive and knowledgeable. Even if they don''t know new products yet. Nice nice prices, too. Highly recommended as any shop of it''s kind.
Great Store! Nice staff who are very pleasant and easy to talk to, as well as knowledgeable, caring and professional. The Store is awesome inside, really big, bright, clean, friendly. Nice selections. Driving to and parking, etc has been easy in and out, so far. One of the best shops of its kind that I have ever been to. The chicken place next door is really good, too. Might as well stop at both!
In the past I have not been a big fan of Tobacco Hut. I must be honest most days of the week I avoided them and just found another store for my needs. I am not quite sure why but it has been like this up till today. After striking out in multiple places in Frederick. I decided to try it. This location had the most helpful young man. I wasn''t pleased cause I could not find a part for an electronic desktop vaporizer. No Store in my area. or Frederick stocked the device. I purchased a Arizer XQ2 online for my Christmas weekend with family from an online vendor. I received the item without certain parts and was pretty aggravated. I contacted another vendor in Frederick who lead me to believe he had the Item. I was set to go buy the whole thing again and drove down 30 miles from my house only to find out they didn''t. Frustrated I decided to look for other options. Finally as a last ditch effort I asked my wife to pull in and let me just look. Well I am glad I did. They didn''t have the device there. However the people inside the store were patient and helpful together we figured out a plan to get the device working until I get the other vendor to send the missing parts. They gave me a great price and got my device usable for Christmas. Thanks so much you saved the day.
Best place to go to for vapes and all things tobacco they beat everyone in prices and they have the friendliest staff. They treat you like family!
