Most of the staff have a very "ghetto fab" attitude and presentation. They represent themselves as stereotypically characterized of. Even one of the most pleasant workers has to be asked for an after-sales receipt, which is very improper salespersonship. Whomever is responsible for stock ordering has yet to notice their cycle count, if they even do it.
WAY TO EXPENSIVE ON THEIR OPMS GOLD KRATOM SHOTS. THE MOST ANYONE SHOULD PAY AT MOST IS $20. $25+TAX HERE IS ABOUT $28 WAYYYYY TO HIGH. THESE PRICES ARE HIGHWAY ROBBERY. GO ELSEWHERE TO GET YOUR KRATOM SHOTS!!! Update: The girl working today rang them up in the register for $24.99. You may want to check your system to make sure the price is correct.
Very disappointed with the customer service today. Not sure of her name but she has red hair and I believe that she is Hispanic. I frequent this place and the customer service has always been great. Please give her a lesson on the proper way to serve customers. Thanks
GREAT PLACE TO SHOP. Great selection and prices. Friendly and very helpful staff and owner. Knew what I needed and the lovely ladie was quick to give me a few options but I guessed wrong on specs. Returned shortly and was helped by the owner with no problems. Great people. Will return and highly recommend.
