  Purchased two RAZ vapes, tested both out and one had zero flavor. The clerk stated she could “smell” the strawberry, though you can “smell” it after its dead for three weeks. Would not let me exchange it for one that has flavor. Do not come for Raz as they are flavorless and the lady specifically will not exchange.

  A very nice vape shop that has most everything you could want. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable. Easy access off Babcock Street.

  The guy with the raggedy hair was rude before I bought the vapes n after I purchased them one was defected was burning my tongue n he would not exchange even though it had a defect

  I''ve been going to this store for many years and have had nothing but phenomenal customer service every time I go in. Cody is nothing but nice and always super helpful. Sometimes I have stressful day and come in venting to him. He gets 5 stars just for putting up w my butt. I love this store and won''t shoo anywhere else. Only thing missing is lottery! My other shout out goes to Tony, he''s always in such a good mood and smiling, I love it. He even went so far as to buy my daughter the teddy bear she wanted for her birthday. They both go above and beyond to make this store better and give everyone a good customer service experience. They both deserve a raise 100% they deserve it
