After years of being a steady customer, they have suddenly stopped taking paper coupons. My brand (L&M) doesn''t do digital. It''s not just my business they''re loosing, it''s my son''s, too. Between the two of us, we go through 2 cartons a week. We will pay more somewhere else, as long as they take our coupons.
The store is clean and the glass cases are organized. The guy was pretty young, he was patient while I had him remove a couple things so that I could inspect it. A whole range of smoke products and accessories. .
I love these guys man, always nice and on point with their products. They have some new CBD D8 cigs and cigars, very smooth. Check them out you won''t be dissatisfied. Keep being great you guys
Would of been a 5 but after today no. I spend quite a bit in there and recently bought 2 vape cartridges which sadly where defective so the company that owns the brand told me to take them back and exchange them cause they are supposed to be clog free cartridges and under warranty was told on the phone I could bring them in but ohhh until I got there the story changed to we will loose out money one was half empty cause in the attempt to unclog it half the concentrate came out in the process. When we first bought this brand we were told they get them from the company to now we go through a second party and we Will take a pic to send to them and only help with one so now I’m sitting with a defective product that I can’t use and possibly another one
Be very careful Buying a vape pen . Two days ago I bought a vape pen for $30. It did not work. So I kindly took it in there to see if I could get it exchanged for the same one. They told me their policy is I have to bring it in the same day. But they could not prove to me their policy. They said they were doing me a favor. By giving me a discount on another one. I had to pay $18 for the next one .. That is a rip off and a scam. I will never. Be affiliated with anybody that wants to treat me like they did.... it''s very sad that people like them want to scam others out of there money...
