I purchased a Caliburn A2 here, drove 10 minutes home, opened it and discovered it was totally broken at the magnets to hold in the pods. I called them immediately and they told me they would not take a return or exchange because it left the store! They did not inform me of this policy, so I didn’t know to check the vape before leaving. They instructed me to file a claim with UWell (company that makes Caliburns) and that company will only do warranty claims with a purchase receipt. Unfortunately for me, The Vapeway did NOT give me a receipt! So I’m out $55! This is not a way to do business, especially if you’re not giving a receipt so people can file warranty claims.
I really like the selection of disposable pens and glass. The only reason I''m not giving 5 stars is bec theres 1 really rude guy. The other guy with the beard and the girl with the lip piercing are really friendly a d helpful.i honestly try not to go in if the rude guy is working
Ok, I just moved back to Massachusetts 3 months ago. Tried several vape shops. This was the first one to have what I wanted and more. John was great. It''s a drive but the only shop I''ll go to.
Little disappointing I called asking if they carried a product and wondering a price range. I didn’t want to make a special trip out for no reason. My question was were they expensive and I was just given a hard time. I have a small child, so leaving the house without that child isn’t easy especially if I can’t get what I’m going out for. I would expect a place of business to be accommodating. This is my second negative experience with them, the first time I was sold a vape that charged once and they wouldn’t replace it. I won’t be back.
