I love this place! Mellow Fellow is the way to go! The staff is very friendly, and they respond within 5 minutes or less!

A+ customer service! I went in looking for a cigar as a gift for someone and had no idea what I was looking for. The gentleman up front helped me, he explained the different types of cigars available and options in my price range. I know where to go for Xmas this year for more cigars. Cannot reccomend this place enough!!

Always good help with my numerous questions about products, and the staff are always willing to offer suggestions and alternatives that are actually beneficial and don''t seem motivated by the sale!

Did not have OPMS shown in pictures. Was hurting on a long trip- came across this place while searching for OPMS and decided to stay in town an hour till open and grab some. I arrived in shop about 10 minutes after they opened and the clerk was with a customer. I walked around for about 10 minutes and searched the store myself. The clerk never acknowledged my existence- no I’ll be right with you- good morning nothing. I walked out and went elsewhere.

This store has everything you need plus their staff is great. Jimmy helped me out when I was there and he made that experience amazing. He was beyond helpful, he really did go above and beyond. They’ve earned all the 5 stars they have and more
