  We had to go and get a Delta 8 vape due to help with relief from nerve damage and we had never ever needed to buy one so we were not too familiar. Mahi asked us questions to learn what my husband''s desired outcome was in using the product and he helped us get the perfect product and my husband has not had any issues and has been able to get some relief. Thank you for your excellent customer service and making us feel welcomed.

  I used to come to this place because I enjoyed the variety of inventory. I''ve been able to go in and get what I want, as well as suggestions for new things. I recently had a bad experience where I went in and they didn''t have what I was hoping for. Naturally, I asked for some suggestions on something new. In short, I don''t feel the person helping me was "really helping". He kept pushing certain brands and could''ve really answer questions I had or for what wanted. It was more like he quoted only what he was told. I made a choice and left with my purchases. Not feeling satisfied, I researched my items. Having had this experience, I went back and spoke with the same person that had serviced me previously, so that I could share my perspective in a coaching manner. Upon explaining this, he became defensive and told me I was wrong, even though I showed him proof on my phone that contradicted what he said. Rather than apologizing or accepting his misinformation, he insisted he was right. For a place that is highly driven by "customer service", this behavior and attitude was unacceptable. I explained that because of how he continued to down talk me and willingness to not value my business, I would NEVER return or support this business again. I highly suggest all to go to other locations. There are plenty to choose from that are only a few blocks away.

  I absolutely love this place. The guy working there really knows all his merchandise. Everytime I go all I have to do is ask n he knows exactly how to help me. I highly recommend going to him. I’ve gone to plenty of smoke shops in the southside area of San Antonio and this is the best place by far, anytime I need something I go straight there and I will continue to go there 😊

  Had an awesome experience in this smoke shop. Mahi knew the answer to all of our questions and then some! I’m not from San Antonio, but when I come through, this will be my go to smoke shop. They have anything you can think of!
