  Every time I visited the last few months Sheila has been a delight. She’s truly a sparkling human being that provides amazing customer service. I come back to this shop solely to interact with her, the variety of vapes are huge plus.

  I feel I always get the best respect when I go in. the lady that you are all talking about owns a business, she has the right to refuse service if you can''t abide by the state laws. If she feels your too young and you can''t supply your ID then, I am sorry she can get in trouble for selling to anyone she feels is under age. So as to the person that couldn''t show their ID do know she doesn''t want to close her shop because she didn''t ask and or if she did sell to someone who may be under age. I do know though she really just should have said, "I need you to please leave is how she should have talked to you, which would have been a better way to have treated and respected you. Other then that, I do not have a problem in buying from this place.

  This lady that works there is VERY RUDE. All we wanted to do is check out the merchandise. My boyfriend asked her a question and she right away asked for ID. He explained he did not have it that it was in the car, and she Rudely told him to get out of the store. I was applauded. So I started recording her and told her that she was very rude and unprofessional. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. That place will never get a penny from me. We''re paying to to keep a business running. Customers should always be treated with respect. I do not know if she is like this with everyone or just prejudice but it was a horrible experience. And I have it all recorded!

  Opens up to 45 minutes late, closes up to 10 minutes early, but in my experience it ONLY happens when one specific woman is working there(she works often, and ive had other negative experiences with her before). The skinny little mideastern lady with short hair. Idk if shes apathetic to everyone, or if she has a prejudice against just me, but shes not welcoming. I walked up 10 min before closing to buy ONE pack of cigarillos, and she already locked the door and refused to sell anything. ...How hard is it to sell a single dollar pack of cigarillos at any time before leaving work? Its not hard AT ALLLLL. She never seemed to care about pleasing the customer... Every other employee has a GREAT attitude, are very helpful, and go the extra mile for the customer. Fire that woman. Unfortunately, dispite the positive relationships ive made there with the other employees, and how much money ive spent there, i refuse to buy anything from them again because of the single employee that makes it difficult for me to shop there. Their prices are good though.
