My brother’s recent visit to Smoke Club in Birmingham, AL left him with a deeply unsatisfactory impression. Regrettably, his experience was marred by an unfortunate encounter with racism within the store. It is disheartening and unacceptable that in this day and age, any establishment would allow such behavior to persist. From the moment he entered, he sensed an unwelcoming atmosphere that only intensified as he interacted with the staff. The discriminatory treatment he faced was both hurtful and completely uncalled for. It is disappointing to see a business fail to prioritize inclusivity and respect for all customers. I believe it is crucial to speak out against such incidents, not only to share my personal disappointment but also to encourage the necessary changes that can lead to a more tolerant and welcoming environment for everyone. I hope this review prompts reflection and action from the management to address these issues and foster a more inclusive atmosphere at Smoke Club.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Both Blaine and Mikayla are amazing! Super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! Fun to interact with. Decent prices. Clean and well stocked. Great place to shop!
This is not a smoke, cigar or tobacco establishment. The staff is nice but it absolutely does not have a minimal or respectable selection of cigars. It’s a new age head shop
If you’re thinking about purchasing a gas mask from here, DON’T. One of my straps on my mask broken within an hour. And they were absolutely no help at all about rectifying the situation.
