Sold to minors, employee had a bad attitude. Service overall very poor.
My mom shops here a couple times a month. 99% of the time, the staff is super friendly and helpful. You get the occasional jerk, but they don''t seem to last long there! She has even been known to call ahead, and they''ll haver her cigg order ready for her. Awesome!
As of lately, the employees have been really messy as far as gossip. it is none of my business if an employee is fired because of an altercation he chose to have with me. Then to add insult to injury there is a ghetto sign in the window that reads quote don''t start none won''t be none. Like really how professional is it to threaten the very customers you expect to spend money in your establishment?and how professional is it to ask the same person that comes in there on a daily basis and all of your employees know them for their ID every single time they want to buy tobacco?I honestly don''t think this store will be around much longer especially since they do not have a liquor license. there are too many other convenience stores that can service and actually sell liquor and give good service without threatening signs on. the window and bad attitude employees
I love this place because it is so convenient however my husband has had different experiences at this store. Some of the employees seem like they are not happy to be there, rude, and overall bad attitude. Not the older workers but the younger ones. Not well organized at times. I hope that it gets better.
They are super friendly and I love their prices. Great atmosphere 😁
