Came in from out of town for some activities. Ran across this place, and I''ll tell you what my wife said she loved the environment the people were great. I had the same experience at the other location. Across the river. All I can say is. Definitely, the type of people to make you want to make a detour if you''re anywhere close.
I''ve been shopping here for years, but I had the weirdest experience the other day. After I got done checking out the the budtender, he told me to have a great day but then muttered an insult to me as I turned to leave. I''ve never met the guy before, and it was an otherwise normal, cordial interaction. Totally unexpected and unprofessional behavior for an otherwise good store. There are many other stores in town where you''re probably less likely to get insulted for no reason.
My favorite spot in Wenatchee. The workers are amazing!!
The people are in very very nice and knowledgeable on There products.wich is a lot of help

I called to see what discounts they were offering and the lady who answered said they were busy that I would have to wait and I said ok and then she hung up on me. Called back to inform the manager and she just laughed it off as if it wasn’t a problem. It is completely unprofessional to hang up on someone after you tell them to hold for a minute. I’m just as much a customer as the person in your shop, we’ll at least I was before now not so sure. I might just go somewhere more professional.
