I will start by saying this....they are very knowledgeable. When we first moved here we found this shop for my husband''s cannabis needs. They were always friendly and upbeat and again, extremely knowledgeable, leading us to frequently return. My husband relys on cannabis to manage his pain. Today...things changed. I received a call from my husband that he was basically told that his disability is a joke and that him receiving disability benefits was basically a misuse of her tax dollars (said by the staff). Her "slipped discs" would put his pain to shame and he can always just work a "computer job". This conversation started as a light conversation about his disability and his pain management to total criticism and lack of empathy for a customer. We both are absolutely baffled. So i guess bottom line is...great product and knowledge is abundant but...be thick skinned. We won''t be back. Two stars because when they don''t let their personal opinions take over their business transactions the place is pretty great.
Called and asked to see if they had specific strains in stock. The answer I got was "not to my knowledge." The gal on the phone was quick with her reply and didn''t bother to check. Now, if there wasn''t currently over 4000 different types of strains, I might think she knew all of her stock. No, she just didn''t want to be helpful and look. At the gas prices, instead of driving around, I chose to call and ask, before driving from Soap Lake to Moses.

This dispensary is the closest and best thing to a “mom and pop” dispensary shop that treats every single customer with priority, and without that “rushed” feeling some dispensaries give you when deciding your purchase. They take the time to get you what you’re looking for with a wide variety of products and some AMAZING pricing. I feel comfortable coming in every time and don’t feel like a nuisance or bother like I’ve experienced in many dispensaries before that just want you to hurry up and buy. Simply 100% satisfaction every visit.

I dont understand why the manager thinks its appropriate to talk trash to strangers over the safety of the internet. Why would she possibly care about what goes on in the Seattle marketplace and continue to harass people she doesn''t even know? Ownership needs to take a look in the mirror and decide who they want running this business. A retail professional doesn''t spend their time arguing with strangers on the internet, especially when they have it posted on their bio that they''re a manager of an obscure shop located in the middle of nowhere. Happy New Year, hire some proper staff.
