Hidden Gem! I''ve lived in Petaluma my entire life and did not know this place existed.... it was recommended by a co-worker and I''m so glad I listened. They have a huge selection of products, everything I was looking for, and more. Staff is friendly and knowledgable, and if they dont have it they will try to find it for you! I highly recommend checking this place out!!!!

Horrible parking, big store lots of inventory with prices worse than the parking. Wants $30 for a box of Swisher''s.
This shop is amazing; they will most likely have what you need. If they don''t, they will try and find something to suit your needs. They have an over abundance of variety, and their customer service is absolutely amazing! I am highly satisfied with my product, although the mark-up was really high. I bought a Mod that ranges from 40-45$ after shipping/taxes online for about 75+$ in shop. So they are on the more pricy side when it comes to smoke shops. With all things considered, you are paying for the convince to walk out with it same day and the knowledge provided by the people in shop. In conclusion, I am highly satisfied with my product and the amazing customer service I received! 🙏 Thank you for the experience.

From the moment I walked through the front door I was dazzled. Never have I seen so much selection from any smoke shop - I just stood there for a moment to take it all in. Almost immediately we were greeted by a very pleasant gentleman from behind the counter. As it happened, my daughter directed me to this store and we both our own shopping lists. But my list continued to get bigger as I took in all the selections. "The glass on my tank broke - do you have a bubble glass replacement? My vape has stopped working and I need a new one - do you have one; dual battery compartment - no tank?" Other questions as well, but every question was answered with a Yes. Cameron was possibly the best person we could''ve run into there - knowledgeable about EVERYTHING. I feel almost a little bad; between my daughter and myself we were rapid-firing all kinds of questions at him, and he had answers. Being local and basically finding the Big Box Store of all Vape Stores, this will be my first stop when I''m in need of something. Definitely recommend!
