  Normally pretty good when buying from Texas smoke. Bought a delta vape I didn''t check it before leaving the store I didn''t check because never had a bad experience. But this time I bought a delta vape that was empty I tried to reach out to management which never returned any calls or made any attempt to swap out product or refund money. I won''t be buying from Texas Smoke check your vapes before you leave because someone is using the vapes and swapping them out or it could possibly be a manufactured defect. POOR COMMUNICATION FROM MANAGEMENT BUT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM STAFF

  Very professional environment with a wide variety of products. Will return for sure. UPDATE Well initially I was very pleased with the visit and professionalism, but after using their products I was seriously disappointed. The Ooze glycerin pipe I bought started leaking periodically out of a small glass bubble they all have at the bottom. Was informed by the young lady that works there that the leaks are do to them being frozen but that is exactly what they''re supposed to be meant for. They are still selling them knowing full well they are defective. And was told to contact the manufacturer even though they were the one''s who sold me the product. I also bought a nectar collector and the glass tip cracked after only 6 seconds of heating it with a small torch. And no I did not drop or damage any of the products. Seriously dissatisfied with the 180 dollars I spent there.
