  Very helpful staff when needing a good cigar. Not a huge selection though. And sometimes they are short-staffed and the person working the cigar bar doesn’t know much about cigars. It can be challenging to pick out a good strong cigar. But love the atmosphere! P.S. I really miss the outdoor patio on warm nights

  Not a good experience for an out-of-town visitor for the first time. The worker wanted to charge a $10 sitting fee per person in addition to the purchase of cigars and alcoholic drinks. She cited that the establishment was a member-only. Their website doesn''t mention a member-only establishment. The cigar selection was very limited. I would not recommend this lounge.

  Awesome smoke lounge and bar! Great local crowd added to atmosphere. Cigars were priced to sell; they have some hard to find cigar accessories little pricey on them. Very nice laid back and informative staff.

  I LOVE this place!!! The vibe is really chill and the service is top notch! First, you have to meet Jay, a cigar expert who possesses an unparalleled knowledge and passion for the world of cigars. His ability to recommend the perfect cigar to complement a drink and his descriptions of individual cigar flavor notes is truly remarkable! He effortlessly guides customers towards the ideal cigar to enhance their overall experience, especially the newbies to cigars. Then you have to meet James, the most creative and talented bartender I''ve ever encountered!!! From the moment I walked in with my (self-described) "vague drink request", his passion for mixology was evident. Not only does he possess an incredible knowledge of cocktails, but his ability to craft unique drinks based on a specific flavor or ingredient is truly impressive. With just a few words describing the flavors I was craving, he has concocted a masterpiece that perfectly satisfied my drink taste buds time and time again!!! The other staff members are great too, very helpful, attentive, and friendly but, these two gents are just over the top! Whether you''re into creative cocktails, cigars, or simply looking for an exciting night out, I wholeheartedly recommend paying multiple visits to Tailored Smoke at Concord Mills. I can''t wait to see you there because I''ll absolutely be back soon!

  See below for my post from earlier today… I received a message from their general manager Lesha, saying that she saw my review and immediately looked into my complaint. After her investigation she saw where I was accidentally charged for two additional drinks which inflated my bill. Her professionalism and eagerness to make things right made me feel appreciated as a customer. Not only did they remove the additional charges, they gave me a complete refund. Lesha then followed up with an invitation for me to come back and have an old fashion on the house! And if that wasn’t enough, they comped my membership for the year! It’s very rare that you will find businesses that are willing to go above and beyond to ensure that each customer has an awesome experience. While there was a mistake made, they went out of their way to make it right. Lastly, her team insisted that I kept the original review, as it was my genuine experience. I am looking forward to returning to this establishment based on their level of customer satisfaction even after the sale. Job well done! Buyer Beware... I went to this establishment last night for a quick smoke and nightcap. I had been there once before and the service was poor so I wanted to give it another try. Upon entering I was told that my membership had expired so I opted for a day pass that cost $10. I sat at the bar and ordered two drinks and purchased a cigar. I tried to order a smoked old fashion but they were out of brown sugar. So I opted for a simple Woodford Reserve and coke. They were both flat, watered down, and unbalanced. The service was fine, not great but not bad either. Finally after about 30 minutes, I go to close my tab and I am met with a bill for $71.00! That was almost double what i expected? I did not complain, I just paid it and left. I have noticed a growing trend with bar tenders adding gratuity to tabs. Not sure if that was the case with me but wow, $81 bucks in 30 minutes, for two drinks and a Tabak cigar seems steep for me, a man who is okay financially and owns a couple businesses in NC and SC himself. I don''t think I''ll be going back. Again, I really wanted to like this place... Hopefully, someone finds this useful.
