They had me test a disposable vape before I bought it. Then it ran out of juice the next day. Avoid this place at all costs. Any and every vape shop is better than this.
All I bought was a couple packs of cigars and he didnt even charge me for taxes. It was $2.00 even. Thnx will come back here
Called to ask a few questions, the guy who answered was snippy and emotional. After asking only 2 simple questions, he asked "is there something I can help you with or is that ALL"? Well ok then, nevermind, glad I didn''t spend my couple thousand dollars with this company. Terrible service by a rude, sassy, man child.
Terrible customer service horrible. I walk by the place daily decided to stop in I''m new from Saint Charles. Where they have the best store studio 420. Where I spend hundreds of dollars a month. I was asked after looking at 1 very cool unique dugout I''ve never seen before. If I wanted to purchase it I said no. Not now for $32 but I definitely in the future. Want it. That''s for sure just can''t afford it today. He asked me if I was going to buy anything? I responded really off cuff with I didn''t know I was even coming in today I just wanted to look around and see if anything caught my eye that''s pretty much it here. Maybe? More than window shoping bu5 sell than certain..? He then said if you''re not gonna buy anything I''m gonna have to ask you to leave. He said said well I don''t know if I''m gonna buy anything or not..? He repeated I''m gonna have to ask you to leave. I said even if I buy something I just want to look around or I have to buy something just to look around? He just gave me a look and told me again nothing there for me. Wow.! On my way out the door I mentioned I may have smoked some before I came in did I accidentally say anything to offend you he said no. I walked out the door glad to have not purchased anything I can''t wait to see what''s in this space next time. Washington great I love the area everything and I love when bed stores are good they get pushed out by better stores. Do not give these people your money.
Such an Odd Experience. I travel for work I walked into the shop to buy some eJuice. The gentleman on duty acted like I was annoying him with my crazy request to buy stuff. Seriously, can I touch the merch and read the label. I’m not gonna bend down and try to read through the display case. So 2 weeks later, I’m back in STL. Again, same hat wearing, gear head gentleman. This time, I’m looking for a new vape. The selection was terrible and I was talked down to about the few available choices. Go anywhere but here. Cheers!
