Everytime I go in here the guys have good customer service and willing to answer questions. I always ask a few questions and you can tell by their responses they know their products. Joseph in particular has great customer service but I never had a problem with the other guys they''re p cool too
I''m not okay with the service. I was sold a drink. Guy didn''t tell me allll the health risk. And when I said I couldn''t take it I wanted a refund a live far away and will be by tomorrow he said okay I will refund you. Than when I get there he said he can''t refund me. No honesty and definitely last smoke shop I would every consider giving my business to.
