The owner was hands on and participatory throughout the transaction---he took a genuine interest in helping me pick the item I was shopping for. I DON''T SMOKE BUT I BELIEVE OTHER''S HAVE A RIGHT TO! I BELIEVE THAT CEMENTED ASH CYLINDERS SHOULD BE STRATEGICALLY PLACED AROUND THE QUAD WITH SIFTERS WOULD CURB PEOPLE FROM TOSSING CIGARETTES IN THE WIND! IF CAUGHT CHOOSING NOT TO USE THE CONTAINERS, , THEY ARE FINED UNDER 20.00!
