  Go in there to buy a vape, spend $39 plus tax and they ask for my number so I can receive free $5 after so many purchases. I buy another one and they tell me next time I get the $5 off. Next time comes around and they tell me next time. Next time they finally give me a $5 off purchase so today go in there to get $5 worth of stuff and they tell me can I use this next time. I gave them their $5 and left with nothing. I was going to buy another vape which would have made #6 at $40 each just the past week or so. I will not go back and I have several friends that go there and spend good money but never again. I will go out of my way not to go here ever again. It’s always been terrible customer service also. They sit there and stare at you if you are ever browsing. My friend told them last time we were in there that we aren’t going to steal anything. I am in insurance as a career and he has worked for AA for over 20 years and don’t look like thief’s but felt like they thought we were. I would definitely fire an employee who cost me business and I literally have spent well over $200 in a little over a week and would continue to. I guess they make enough off the poker machines not to care about their customers.

  Love the ole fella behind counter.. hes a good guy. Great selection of different products. Little pricy but with customer service like that its worth it
