  Literally the dumbest staff... over charged Mr by 20$ twice now. Didn''t realize till was way later, won''t go back

  I’ve come in the shop a few times and customer service has been amazing! Everyone was so nice and speaking with them brightened my day. The cashier was very knowledgeable and guided me to making smart purchases. Cool store, I highly recommend :)

  Hello, 2/12/22 was my first time stopping by Star Zone smoke shop, and I have to say. Coming from a management customer service retail environment and merchandising. The moment you walked in, Anthony with a big smile greeted and welcomed us in. It got a bit busy, and Anthony made sure all of his guests were welcomed and provided excellent customer service. The phone was ringing, and one guest had questions another is ready to check out; you know how it goes in retail. The store has a huge variety of merchandise, clean, organized, and a one-stop smoke shop for all of your needs. I will recommend this shop to everyone. Best service and atmosphere I give this place 10 out of 10. Thank you , Anthony, for your amazing customer service and product recommendations.

  I’ve recently moved to Woodland Ca. & I’ve been looking for a new shop…a smoke shop to be exact. I’m from outta town & new to the area. & I’ve been to other ones (smoke shops) in this town. & let me just say by far this smoke shop hands down it where it’s at!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a young gentleman (Anthony)Very professional asked me how I was doing. & if there was a thing in particular I was looking for. Then proceeded to ask me some simple questions & he also shared what the store has quite a multitude of products even some amazing & beautiful smoking accessories. This store just had it all! Not to mention great customer service & did I mentioned how nice it is inside?! It’s clean! I was blown away! I’m glad I found this smoke shop! I’ve finally found a smoke shop for all my smoke needs.

  I’ve been coming here for years by far the best smoke shop in woodland. The owner keep a vast variety of smoking accessories from expensive heady style glass to budget type glass. The shop is always maintained and clean, the staff is always welcoming, helpful and nice. If your looking for nice quality stuff this is definitely the place to come and prices are reasonable. I’ve read some of these reviews definitely not over priced seems like a bunch of broke a$$ looking for discount.
