Great store with a lot of options. Jay does his thing!! He definitely gonna take care of you.
Came in on 12/11/23 to buy a battery for a cartridge. The lady was very kind and helpful and helped me pick out a battery that I was told would fit a 2 gram cartridge. I get home and it did not fit my cartridge. I ended up having to buy a different one from a closer smoke shop and went back on 12/12/23 to return the battery I was given false information on. It was the same lady that helped me the day before and she proceeded to call her boss and tell me they won’t return it and only give me store credit. It was a $40 battery and because they told me false information about the battery and what size carts it held I am just completely disappointed in the lack of customer service and am in shock they wouldn’t accommodate a refund for me since it hadn’t even been 24 hours and was never used.
EDIT: Dropping to 1 star after purchasing $50 Geekvape Hero that was a dud & does not hold a charge. As a recurring customer was hoping they''d at least let me swap for a working unit, but basically told me I am SOL. Madison is very nice - but this is a garbage policy from leadership. Stand by your products! I am out a vape and 50 bucks on July 4th...
This place is super neat, helpful, has awesome selection, amazing staff both day and nights! It''s been my go to ever since my first visit. Best prices in the area too!
