  I’ll preface this review by stating - I’ve posted 3 reviews in the last 10+ years . Needless to say- it’s been a solid 4-5 years since I’ve written one. From my first trip into the store - which is super convenient from where-ever I’m at- from Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Carrollton, Coppell, Dallas, Richardson, Irving, Addison- there isn’t a city named above where I can’t get to Sparks Smoke Shop in Plano in 10-15min.. 20min at the very most. With Sparks being open until 2am- every day of the year- and no matter the holiday- they are a destination shop for me( and I’m sure many others)- no one else comes close. It’s nice to have your go-to spot – within 10-20 minute drive no matter the time of day/ night / early am- open. Not many places we can say that about after Covid that’s for sure. Yes- I just called them- 10pm Dec 24th- as I’m about to head down- just to be sure. I truly. was prepared for them to say “– tonight it’s a tad early -midnight”-- which would have been totally fine. Sure enough tonight - Dec 24/25- they are open til 2am- Wow! That was the tipping point for the review. Dropped everything- I wrote this. Just when I think - these guys at Spark Smoke Shop go the extra kilometer -the management team and their staff AGAIN exceed my expectations – they do it again. Yea- they go the extra MILE Plus Plus( yes- one mile is greater than 1 KM- LOL) Their business model whether they know it or not- is why they will always be in business . The team at Sparks- either all just are good people coming from families/ friends who value relationships , value family and have been taught how to treat people - or they make it make of their business M.O. Every time I’ve been in(6-8 times the last 5 months )- not once have I seen them not make sure every customer is treated like they are family .See for yourself -the minute you walk in. Hands DOWN- some of the most welcoming kind people on this planet I’ve met EVER in my life. NOTE- If you ever get a chance to meet a gentleman named Ibrahim- not sure his role – but man alive – so sharp- so kind. Sparks is no doubt very fortunate to have someone like Ibrahim on their team. He’s the type of talent – for those who are in management or lead other business / companies – know is a once a decade type of find. Would not surprise me if he is in management or even ownership- but no chance this humble guy would ever toot his own horn. And there are many others who are as good ( or darn close to as good Also the selection and competitive prices - yep- they have everything - name it- they have it. If by chance they don’t- ( rare) they will get it- if it’s available in North America - and likely globally. Don’t be fooled- these guys have a small town feel but their reach is global. Their variety and selection - and new products( I’d swear the big manufacturers and suppliers must tee up Sparks Smoke Shop to test market new products for them ) - Sparks in Plano has them. Haven’t been to the Richardson one yet- but have heard it’s very solid. Not 100% sure on the management set up- but it sure seems like these guys either all got lucky with having other management members being ultra-talented - and all of them just “GET-IT”- but they have a special formula that makes them stand far and above everyone else. The ability to anticipate what I need - even before I state it- and the ability to adapt to every type of customer WITHOUT any judgmental elitist pretentious attitudes- it’s very refreshing . Shoot- all of the above -is why I’m wrote this review. I’m about to drive from McKinney to head down to their Plano shop ( and I know I’ll pass at least 12 other shops on way ) - and it will take me 19 minutes- but so well worth it. Thats it— likely my next review will be in another 4 years when another business knocks the sock off of me. BKwH

  was looking for a good smoke shop in my area, and THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!!!! omar is amazing, and so helpful!!! i love places like this with great customer service, selection, and prices!!! thank you :))

  I mean they’re the number one smoke shop in all of texas and now they just opened in plano, and even a bigger store. The owners and workers are all experienced and super nice. highly recommend if you want chill vibes.

  I must say the best customer service I have ever experienced. Being a chef and working late nights and being able to go there with the hours they provide are amazing! If you’re ever in Plano, stop by sparks and experience the hospitality of a life time! Thank you for all you do! It’s great to see amazing and loyal people these days! 10 stars!
