I was searching for a specific tobacco and was not able to find it any place and they were able to get it for me in a day! They have a large variety of vapes and always get the newest products not available in other stores! The customer service is amazing and they are always attentive and helpful. I will definitely continue shopping here
6:50pm 11/29/2023 I came into “Smoking Vibes” (3351 Hollywood Blvd Hollywood, FL 33021 United States) with a product I bought the night before that I was unsatisfied with. I was hoping they could offer some customer service to remedy the issue. And I would purchase another product. I explained that to the girl with braids working and said if nothing could be done that was fine and I would just cut my loses and not come back. She got an attitude with me saying they’re not going to do anything because it’s already open. And they don’t do returns or exchanges on products that are open. I further explained that I wasn’t trying to return or exchange and she further got rude with me and said “you’re not understanding”. She then offered to call her boss and her boss then offered to remedy it. I accepted their offer, however because her attitude I will not be coming back. Other than that the owners have GREAT service!
