I bought a vape from the store and specifically asked not to be given a vape that is melon flavored and the merchant sold me a melon flavored Vape at a ridiculous price of $36 and then when I got outside even though he told me that it was berry flavored I immediately called and asked to exchange it for the product that I asked for, and he refused to return it and cussed me out and threatened to call the police on me. These guys obviously do not do right by their customers so don''t buy anything from them! you''re doing it at your own risk and there is definitely a risk because they don''t listen and they won''t make it right. Unbelievable !!!!
This place is supposed to close at midnight. Walked up the steps today at 11:45pm and they locked the door in front of me and said they were closed.
Overpriced on all products by double, extreme price gouging. Poor customer service.

I’ve gone in a couple of times to this place and at first I was honestly really satisfied, but recently they’re products are horrible. I bought 3 vapes from them in a matter of 2 weeks because they were defective. One of them cost $70 and started leaking about 2 days after purchase. I called and mentioned this, but instead of being told I could exchange it, the employee told me to come in and buy a whole new one. After talking to him over the phone I asked to speak to the owner to discuss getting an exchange. It has been about 4 days since my phone call and I still have yet to hear back from the owner. I’ve tried calling multiple times but the phone is disconnected. I’m truly disappointed and will be looking for a new vape shop.
