  I like the place and like the loyalty system which usually works great. I buy products from there that are non tobacco and is advertised as such. I use my points for 5 off when I can and have always been able to. Tonight I went and it happens to be that just now the products I buy are now "considered" tobacco products when it clearly says tobacco free. I am loyal to the place that''s loyal to me. I could go somewhere else and it actually is a bit less expensive. I would enjoy the same loyalty back. The guy was kind of rude about it after I explained I''ve been coming for a year and use the loyalty every time. Maybe it''s time to shop around again.

  Good assortment and shop, however not friendly and helpful staff. It is ironic that from one hand she is asking if you would like to sign up for their loyalty program at the check out, but her passive aggressive tone and attitude get you think it’s your last purchase from that store. I wish i would go back there but customer service especially from local shops is the most important thing for me, so i did my last purchase today and switching to the other smoke shop just at the cross of the street.

  I got a vape from there and it is burnt tasting and the worker hit it when I brought it back without asking if it’s okay with me and refused to give a new one. That’s nasty I don’t want my lips on something a random person had their lips on… highly unprofessional 20 bucks wasted because now I won’t use it one because it’s burnt and especially after a random mouth was on it.

  On a whim I stopped into the store, I was in the area and wanted a small souvenir to remember the occasion. On entering I was wowed by how clean and nice the store was, the atmosphere was fitting and I felt at ease. Everything was organized neatly and I could easily find my way around with no issue. However, I was absolutely wowed by the salesmanship of guy who was running the front counter. I believe his name was Cyrus. He was very personable, and able to hold a good conversation about the products while not being pushy. From our conversation I could tell he is a great employee, as well as he even recommended me great options for vapes and rolls. 10 out of 10 I would shop here again.
