They sell bogus puffco stuff. I sent a friend there to by a proxy. They opened several proxy and they didn’t work, after many attempts, they finally found one that worked. Wish I had the same experience with a hot knife, the first one I purchased worked great, unfortunately I broke it. I went back to the store to purchase another hot knife, the one I purchased would not hold a charge so they changed it and that one didn’t work, after further attempts finally finding one that worked. I went in to get another hot knife as a gift for a friend and that one doesn’t work! surprise surprise! I went back to change it and they did not want to change it, then told me to send it to puffco. Mind you it’s only be like 3 days since the purchase. Losing a customer that actually spends money there over a $50 hot knife is crazy.
The best shop in Chicago hands down. If you''ve been let down elsewhere, make these dudes your go-to.
The shop is a rip off they cheat you out your money if you buy any device from them it probably won’t work a full week they claimed their items are new but they are refurbished & and broke

Excellent Customer Service. broad array of products. High Quality products. Definitely a one stop shop! I highly recommend. Honestly the product quality is what I value most. I keep trying smoke shops around the city and by far this is the best one!!! Never disappointed with a purchase!
