BUYER BEWARE. Staff is great. Well, Leah is great. They sell merchandise that doesn''t work, but they could care less. EVERYTHING is non-returnable or exchangable regardless of whether it''s a pipe or smoke item. EVERYTHING. Even underwhelming incence burners that are cracked and do not work.

This is the best smoke shop around! The staff is always friendly and make you feel welcome. They are all very knowledgeable and keep the store clean. Again, THE BEST SMOKE SHOP AROUND!!!!

Have been shopping here for 2 years now - staff are friendly and helpful, but what made me leave this comment is the length they went to when one of the vapes turned out to be defective twice in a row (the replacement they gave me was bad too). Highly recommend choosing this shop (yes, the cat is cute too).

A great little shop right here in the neighborhood. A decent selection of cigars and accessories and a sweet selection of pipes. The clerk was super helpful and really knew his stuff. Showed me the benefits of each type of pipe and gave great recommendations. Purchased a nice little gift for myself and have my eye on another. Lots of unique items as well. Check out the soda collection and the complimentary wine chilling station.
