Great inventory of smoke products. Always enjoy the raw cones papers, best prices around Avondale area.
The brothers who run this place are so nice! They recognize their repeat customers and are very helpful in their suggestions. Products are top notch, and they always have what I need. If I don''t know what I need, they help me by asking questions and providing ideas. They actually have let me sample before I buy! This place gets five stars because they''re awesome!
As of April 29th 2023 Saturday I went into this store today and the Customer Service was horrendous They did however greet me as I walked in but when I began to inquire about the cigars the Tension in the room raised. As I walk into the Humidor I notice the Trash on the floor and the various Cigars in the wrong boxes and cigars not in the proper box, and Cigars that are in the proper box, but are NOT sitting they way they are ment to be properly presented. I also picked up a few cigars gave them a feel, notice how overly firm they were indicating that the cigars in this room is Very DRY.Being that we live here in the sunshine state of Arizona, Most places that keep cigars house them on an Average of 70% humidity- NOT this Place ....OH NOOOO, They keep at 32%. The Owner of this Establishment informed me that "the Humidifier has Broken". I remember going to his store a couple years ago witnessing the same horrific conditions back then when he told me the Exact same thing " the humidifier has broken ". Im starting to gather that the humidifier has NEVER worked and they have no intentions on fixing it. DON''T BUY CIGARS FROM THIS PLACE . or waste your money.

Today I bought Rocket Patel 4 pack that included a small Boveda humidifier. When I opened the box I found that the Boveda humidifier package was completely dried up. Not good!!! That takes a very long time in super dry conditions. The people were very nice.
