The guy that owns it is always kind, knows what we are getting even if we haven''t been in 2 weeks! His mom is nice too!

Needed help as a first time tobacco pipe smoker. The guy there took time to show me how to properly fill the bowl (by filling it for me), showed me how to use the tamper, reccomended some starter tobacco, and let me try one of their in-house blends for free. They also have a pretty decent walk-in humidor, considering how small the place is and where it''s located on South Water. If you live in the area and need cigars or pipe smoking supplies, you should definitely give them a try. I''ll be back for sure.
