Got a $30 vape that ended up not working and didn’t get a receipt. They can’t let me exchange it because they don’t recognize me. That’s fine I guess, but other smoke shops in town WILL replace a vape without a receipt if you have the packaging. It’s really disappointing, definitely go to different shop with a more lenient policy. I’m out $30 and my regular smoke shop :(
Everytime I walk in, I feel welcomed and know that every question i have they will at least try and answer it to the best of their knowledge. Everyone greets you when you walk in always a "hey, how are you today!" I will gladly go back!!
The staff are amazing and so helpful! The selection of glass to nicotine and delta products is so versatile and plentiful, definitely the best smoke shop I''ve been to! Thank you guys for always being sweet to my kiddos as well!

Second time in the store, brought back due to some gummy strips that were very effective and good music. Both times were greeted and helped by two very knowledgeable employees that my friend and I talked about each time after our visits. Will definitely keep coming back and recommending to those that are interested. x2 Hidden Hills gummy belts was just right for me. Kinda funky feeling on the teeth afterwards but not as bad as some others I’ve had.
