Super clean establishment. Great selection at very fair prices. Ed (owner?) has been great to chat with. And John (the RYO expert) has guided me with sound advice. I''m a loyal customer.
Ed and John run a really good shop! Lots of variety and very interesting items. This place has been in Belmont for a long time and I hope they stay!
I went in had some questions the gentleman working was amazing very nice didn’t rush was able to go over all my questions. The customer service here is excellent highly recommend this place.
Came in to buy a new large water piece. Worker was helping another customer and we were next in line. He looked at us and said “ill be right with you, you are next”. Then a friend or relative of his came in and he proceeded to tell us to wait while he helped him find what he needed. After waiting for him to get his things the man proceeded to pay with loose change and have to add it all up. At this point we left and walked across the street to the other smoke shop. When we were skipped in line we knew exactly what we wanted and i had my card out ready. Its rediculous we were skipped for someone slow spending less than 15$ when we were ready and willing to spend hundreds. This is why we went across the street to the new smoke shop and spent $387.65 there instead and i highly recommend you do too!
