Been there 3 times. The older woman that works there was somewhat rude one time, taking inventory it seemed and didn''t want to be bothered. The next time on a personal call and having question about something she didn''t seem to want to be bothered again, almost annoyed at me the customer. The 3rd pretty much the same. Poor customer service skills. I hate when i go to spend my money and get treated as if i am a bother.

Lucy is always helpful when finding those deals. I always have a pleasant experience when she’s there. The person they have working on the weekends isn’t as friendly and needs some personality, however does get out of the chair to help.

I have always been treated with respect and have been a customer since they opened. Blondie she is a New York gal that I can call a friend. She always finds me the deals on cigarettes. 5 stars

If you''re looking for decent cigars at a reasonable price these guys have quite a nice selection, and kept at the correct temp. Cigar cutters, punches, matches, are all in stock, and for the old school pipe tobacco smoker you have some selection of flavor as well. Not into tobacco? Tons of glassware selections available as well, grinders, attachments etc.
