Great shop. Employees are great but the owner needs to replace the credit card machine that has been having issues for months now. Employees and customers are annoyed with it. Invest in better equipment.
The girl running the store was extremely argumentative after I told her the store was overstimulating, very rude and offensive. They narrow layout wasn''t a problem, but you lost a customer because of the argumentative girl behind the counter
They never open on time. I come in on sundays a lot and I’m always waiting for them to open. Last time the lady with the scratchy voice gave me a serious attitude cause she was late. That’s not right to try and make someone feel bad that didn’t do anything wrong at all. And it’s almost 8:30am and once again no one is here. No one that works here can get to work on time. So I think I’ll be shopping somewheres else from now on.
Not too thrilled with the employees here...don''t seem to like their job and it reflects on how they treat their customers. Their prices are way too high, I shop online now... much cheaper & no attitude!👍🏻😁

Their markup is 100% above the products retail value. Selling a medium grav beeker for $290 when it’s priced $149 on grav’s website is unreal. An analog Volcano is priced $600, i bought that last year for $350 (after tax and shipping) from sb’s website. Can we see the trend? They did have accessories reasonably priced. This place is an adult recreational candy store, but in no way should anyone purchase glass from here!
