  Very polite and helpful. Watched Gary take an older gentleman his carton of cigs and take his money as well as change. Gary even stated he was looking for his blue car. Any place that will go that far for someone is amazing. Well done Gary

  The people here are very nice and helped me pick out a good set of cigars for a bachelor party I was attending! Good selection too.

  Let me start off by saying I am not trying to sound petty so ...with that said . .. I was at this store and bought a pack of cigar papers. ( zig zap ..mango ) .. got to car open the package of them and they were so dry that they broke as I was removing them from package. So I was still at store so I walked back in and told the lady at the cash register. That hey I just bought this and they are dry and all broke up .. she stated to me that ..if I wanted to return it I had to bring it back on Wednesday she could not return my money ( it was monday ) and she could not exchange it ..she said that the boss could t do anything about it . I would have to buy another one if I want one ... I am just not sure what she was thinking and why couldn''t they do anything about it I bought it from there place of business ..hmmmm I don''t understand .. be cautious and check your stuff is right before you give them any kind of money .. smh.

  This is my spot!! They sell Kratom(and other stuff, but that''s what''s important to me) here for a bit cheaper than the other shops around. The employees/owner is always nice and polite, I have never ever had a bad experience. I would go as far as to call him a good acquaintance/new friend because I go in so often lol. But I digress, we always chat a little, he''s very informative about his products and I actually look forward to my weekly visits. I recommend coming.

  I have been shopping at smokers palace for many years. The owners of the Palace are very nice. They treat you like a friend and actually chat with you instead of trying to rush you. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐for that alone. They have a great selection of quality products and are reasonably priced. The atmosphere is always peaceful because the lighting is just right and it always smells so fragrant because of all of the different scents of incense displayed in the store. I highly recommend this family owned store.
