I have shopped here for the past couple years for vape juice. I’ve had to very bad customer service problems. First one was they charged me $80 for a little tiny mod that leaks juice so bad I have to wrap it with a paper towel so I don’t get juice in my hands constantly. The other situation just happened today. I bought a bottle of juice. Got to work and realized the juice in the box was 0mg nicotine and it was supposed to be 3mg. The juice is totally clear. Spent $25. And the lady I talked to when I called said i don’t know what to tell you they all look like that. I have been using this juice for a year straight at least. I know what it’s supposed to look like. They won’t take a return of the product even though it isn’t what I was supposed to get. This place is a rip off!!! Do NOT give them your money. They don’t care about their customers at all. Unbelievable. The juice is Vapetasia Rainbow Road. It is definitely always an amber color and she tried telling me it isn’t. She obviously doesn’t vape r she would know the only clear juice is 0mg….thanks for ripping me off!’nn
Great place to shop for smoking needs. Easy parking. Good selection of cigars and CBD products. My daughter likes incense and this location has a really good selection. But the best part is the staff. They are extremely friendly and very helpful. When looking at CBD products or any other items, they take their time to help you as much as possible.
This is a great location, easy to get in and out of the lot. The store itself was clean, and the clerk was friendly and helpful. The store is set up in a strange way though. There is a huge display with vape products and such- which was why I was there. If you''re just starting to vape, or you''re not looking for menthol options, or if you''re looking specifically for roll your own stuff, tobacco related things- I''d think you''d be thrilled with this place. The vaping options were a tad limited, imo.
Your employee at the Manchester location, at 12:00 pm today, was so incredibly rude! She has very poor customer service. I''ve never had a problem in your stores until today. She needs to understand the boundaries between customers and employees, and what topics are or are not appropriate to have with customers.
I''ve had the same issue three times now where I''ve bought bottles of NKD juice and the tops have been leaking sporadically. Huge quality control issue that needs addressed. EDIT: My specific circumstance with regarding the NKD juice has been rectified by management despite no longer having my receipt. The staff are amazing folks who give good recommendations. Just please stay away from NKD vape juices unless you want a mess to clean up.
